I am so excited to roll out my brand-new student intake form!

Moving forward, everything is digital and can be done right on a tablet or smartphone. That means parents and students can fill out their details seamlessly—no more hunting for a working pen or dealing with crumpled sheets of paper. Honestly, making this switch feels exactly like the day students went from bringing in cassette tapes to pulling up YouTube. What a plush upgrade!

What is an intake form, you wonder?

Think of it as our official introduction. I use this form to get to know each student’s unique personality, learning style, goals, and needs before we even dive into our first session. It helps me tailor everything specifically to them right from day one.

We are using a sleek new platform called Tally.so to power this, and it is incredibly user-friendly. Next time you come into the studio, I’ll hand you the tablet and you can see the new look for yourself!
