A Look Behind the Scenes at Dreams Unwind

When I’m not in the studio here in Northern Colorado helping you find your sound, I’m usually deep in the lab working on my own projects. Lately, my heart has been in the music of Fleetwood Mac. We’ve been building something special with my new tribute project, Dreams Unwind, and I wanted to give you a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at how we’re bringing this vision to life—not just on stage, but online too.

Building the Dream

When we set out to pay tribute to the music of Fleetwood Mac, we knew the vibe had to be just right. It’s not just about the notes, it’s about the atmosphere, the history, and the connection. For the past few weeks, while we’ve been working up the tunes in the studio, we’ve also been working hard behind the scenes to build a digital home for this project.

If you’ve visited DreamsUnwindBand.com recently, you might have noticed some changes. Just like a great album, a website is a work in progress—a series of small, intentional steps to get the “mix” exactly where it needs to be.

The Vision is Taking Shape

Dreams Unwind been busy refining the experience for you. We’ve streamlined our navigation menu and traded in the flashy sliders for a bold, static look that captures the soul of the music. We’ve also cleaned up our tour dates—distilling the list down to the most essential upcoming shows—and finally cleared out all that “placeholder” text (goodbye, Latin!) to make room for real stories.

One of the most exciting updates is the music section. We’ve uploaded a curated selection of the Fleetwood Mac classics that define our setlist. These are the tracks that inspire us every time we pick up our instruments, and having them right there on the site keeps our “North Star” in clear view.

Pardon Our Dust

 You might still see a few placeholders or generic images here and there. Think of these as the “rough mixes” of our favorite tracks. We are currently in the process of replacing these with custom photography and exclusive content that will truly reflect the energy of our live show. We appreciate you sticking with us while we fine-tune the “lighting and levels” of our online presence.

What’s Next?

Between managing the technical side of the web and the creative side of the stage, it’s been a busy season. But every small update—from fixing the footer to launching this blog—is a step toward creating the best possible experience for our fans.
